Coming Home to Stay — San Diego Grantmakers Prisoner Re-Entry Working Group
Facilitated program design with the formerly incarcerated along with law enforcement and resource partners and supported start up of this community network model that was awarded a $500,000 Robert Wood Johnson grant and reduced recidivism from 70% to 10%.
